Housed in Bethel
Community Facility, Rainbows of Fun Childcare and Youth Services (ROFCC)
provide quality services for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. The ROFCC
program addresses the cognitive, social, emotional and nutritional aspects
of each child’s life. Besides a developmentally appropriate curriculum,
three meals are provided per day. Rainbows of Fun Childcare and Youth
Services also provides cultural, athletic and recreational programs for

Medical Clinic
& Pharmacy
Bethel Community Facility's second floor is
the site of the
Eastside Medical Clinic and Heights Pharmacy. The clinic and pharmacy began
in response to the urgent need for medical care for low-income people in our
community.
The clinic provides
primary, acute, non-emergency, lab and outpatient medical care to
low-income people with public aid or without health insurance. The services
are within walking distance for more than half of its patients. For
